Niles Stuck


Niles Stuck is an attorney specializing in litigation with a principle emphasis on oil and gas regulation.

Niles was born in Liberal Kansas and grew up in the panhandle of Oklahoma. His father was a chemical engineer and his mother is a geologist. Both parents worked in the oil industry.

Niles studied at Oklahoma State University, obtaining a bachelors in 2004, before studying law at the University of Oklahoma. Niles received his JD and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2008.

Prior to joining Dyer, Coatney & Schroeder, Niles was an Administrative Law Judge at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission where he heard oil and gas and pollution related application.

Niles has lived throughout the United States and in Ireland. He lives with his wife, Anna, and their two children, Henry and Sophia.
