Kimberly K. Miller practices primarily in the area of real property and energy law with an emphasis on title examination.

Kimberly graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics in May of 2001 from Oklahoma State University.  She received her Juris Doctrate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in May of 2004.  While in law school, Kimberly was a Note Editor for the American Indian Law Review.  Kimberly became licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma in 2004.   She was an Assistant District Attorney for the Cleveland County District Attorney for one year and an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oklahoma until December of 2006.  Kimberly began working in the oil and gas industry in January 2007 as a field landman, she started drafting title opinions in May 2008 and has continued to focus her practice on oil and gas since that time.  Kimberly is also licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada (inactive), the United States District Court for Nevada and the State of North Dakota.

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys attending Oklahoma State athletic events.  Kimberly and her husband, Brack, live in Edmond with their daughter, Riley.  They are also members of Coffee Creek Church.
